"In May, 2019, I had the privilege of taking Mirella’s one-day course “Principles of Tai Chi: A System of Balance for Health Professionals”. I was amazed at how much it was possible to learn in one day that was immediately applicable to practice. Mirella had a way of making the principles and practice of Tai Chi feel very easily understandable and accessible. As a physiotherapist, I felt that the material was presented in such a way that allowed for natural integration into the previous work I was doing with movement and exercise program development for my clients. I believe it has enhanced the effectiveness of the work I do, and I have received a lot of positive client feedback. I would recommend the course to any physiotherapist keen on enhancing their practice of movement and exercise program development." Merci Mirella."
