"In May, 2019, I had the privilege of taking Mirella’s one-day course “Principles of Tai Chi:  A System of Balance for Health Professionals”.  I was amazed at how much it was possible to learn in one day that was immediately applicable to practice.  Mirella had a way of making the principles and practice of Tai Chi feel very easily understandable and accessible.  As a physiotherapist, I felt that the material was presented in such a way that allowed for natural integration into the previous work I was doing with movement and exercise program development for my clients.  I believe it has enhanced the effectiveness of the work I do, and I have received a lot of positive client feedback.  I would recommend the course to any physiotherapist keen on enhancing their practice of movement and exercise program development."  (Andrew Bilz, Pain Self-Management Coordinator-Physiotherapist/Counsellor, Nova Scotia)

"J'ai suivi le cours de TAI CHI instructor en octobre 2019. Mirella est très sérieuse et tous les informations sont basées sur l'évidence scientifique. Cette approche est utilisée dans ma pratique clinique pour minimiser le risque de chute de la clientèle gérontopsychiatrie. Merci Mirella."  (Marcia Aquino, Physiothérapeute Institut Universitaire en Santé Mentale Douglas chez CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal, Montreal, Canada Area)
